Milwaukee based rapper Taiyamo Denku and HandyCat has worked together several times, and has a EP in the works. He recently asked her to do a remix of a track he did with Def Squad member Keith Murray, which will feature on a free promotional download in association with Taiyamo Denku´s album release.

MesAyah is, with Life in Soulitude, ready for his second release.
Life in Soulitude is a 5 track EP. The EP is a tribute to the soul, something that appears as a red line throughout the disc. During the 5 tracks MesAyah is moving within themes such as the oppressed souls, the liberation of the individual and the masquerade many of us have for each other in the community. The beats are inspired by the old soul-genre from the 60s and 70s, delivered by the U.S. manufacturer SoulFood Productions.
So enjoy a release full of deep lyrics, thought provoking rhymes and a relaxing sound that not only makes you think but to think after each sentence.

For those of you who haven't heard about the band; This is Paul Bernard live. His live band "The Fat Fucks" consists of Bergen-based artists such as Thelma, Blipp, Sojo, Major Parkinson, MrDarth, Jenaas and She.
The live DVD was recorded at the "Lost Weekend" festival.

"Penger ække laga for fattigfolk" er Andrè Jensens forsøk på å nå ut til de som aldri helt kom dit de skulle ønske de var, men fornekter det ved å lage rap-musikk om penger og gullkjeder. Jensen lurer nemlig på hvordan det har seg at norske rørleggere, shell-ansatte, barnehageassistenter og skattesnyltere føler de må fremstå som noe større. Når pengene de skryter av å ha er verktøyet lederne av systemet bruker til å tvinge dem tilbake til sin monotone hverdag, hvor de jobber dag inn og dag ut for vår felles undergang uten å finne sin egen lykke.
Skiva er hans 5. utgivelse, og skiller seg ut fra vanlig norsk rap med nyskapende flows, musikalsk kvalitet og gjennomtenkte tekster.
